To deliver robust creative design services, for the business and our external clients. Ranging from presentation creation on-site at our offices, studio, and live events, through to conceptual visuals & illustrations to support proposals.

You are a seasoned graphic designer with an incredible eye for detail, versatile, with an incredible portfolio of client work. You are pro-active and take a brief and bring it to life quickly, and effectively for your clients and team.

You enjoy working on a variety of different projects, and multi-tasking with multiple stakeholders is standard. Whether working solo or as part of the team, you always strive for perfection! You are used to working with tighter deadlines, are calm and polished, and enjoy being client facing.

How you make it all possible…

  • Ability to take and interpret briefs from internal team members and external clients
  • Deliver design and artwork for specified projects and briefs, in a variety of media types
  • Support all other divisions of the business with design artwork services
  • Work closely with the creative teams to provide innovative project results
  • Continuing Professional Development – keep up to date with new and emerging design trends ensuring continuous innovation.
  • Flexibility to take on duties that management may need for projects/ clients
  • Must contribute to ensuring the company is viewed as a highly creative business
  • Willing to work outside normal office hours if required in many locations throughout the US and overseas

2D Design

  • Create impactful 2D designs and layouts for print and digital applications including signage, collateral, large format, web and digital screens
  • Ability to accurately interpret and apply brand and visual identity guidelines across all 2D design deliverables to ensure uniform on-brand visual communication
  • Work directly with client marketing and design teams as an extension of their team

Onscreen Graphics

  • Formulate concepts, deliver solutions and produce final graphical content for screen
  • Contribute to the introduction of new technologies in the delivery of presentations and on-screen graphics
  • Work directly with clients if required to provide creative design solutions to project requirements
  • Take part in rehearsals and operation of screen graphical content for live shows/events

3D Design

  • Take and interpret proposal briefs from internal team members and create visual support through sketches and illustrations, 3Dimensional graphics and other methods of visualization

What's in your toolbox…

  • A minimum five years' experience in graphic design
  • Strong design and creative conceptual design
  • Strong layout and typography skills
  • Superb attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of design applications including Adobe CS (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and good knowledge of Apple Keynote
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating system, and Apple OS
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Word and Excel
  • Must be able to competently co-ordinate digital files
  • Proficiency in project logistics and organization
  • Be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing

Beneficial but not essential

  • Experience with animation projects and software packages (After Effects, Cinema 4D, Unreal)
  • Basic understanding of video and audio editing
  • Experience as a graphics operator for live events

This role will be based out of our North American headquarters, at our studio offices in Apex, NC. Our typical hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm EST. We're proud to offer a hybrid-work policy, where our team enjoys working from the office for a minimum of three days a week, and at home for the remainder (while not on-site at events, and pre and post event needs).
