Overview of Freelance Position: As the freelance Graphic Designer, you will execute the vision of the Creative Director to redesign the company website. Must be able to work creatively in a fast-paced environment and have excellent follow-through on all assigned projects, comfortable taking direction and being given feedback. Please note you do NOT need to know coding, this is strictly for layout/creative assets. Please note this is a freelance position at this time, we would be open to the idea of this person coming on full time but it will start as freelance. Responsibilities:

• Have exceptional web design and layout skills. The most important project at this time is the redesign of our website so having UX/UI experience is required.
• Develop layout and graphic solutions for product illustrations, logos, booklets, advertisements, email marketing, websites, and other mediums.
• Assist in the designing of presentations, templates, packaging, emails, social content, lookbooks, and marketing materials among other things.
• Work with manufacturer's die lines, existing design files, and style guides to develop production-ready designs.

• Brainstorm with creative team to develop design concepts, gather research and build mood boards.

• Work with design team elevate brand vision and user experience across all touch points

• Assist creative team members with projects and tasks as necessary.

• Maintain, organize and update digital brand assets on server.

• Ability to work simultaneously on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback
• Liaising effectively with other departments

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, Graphics or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience

• Portfolio of design work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Fluent in Mac platform
• Working knowledge of MS Office, Apple Keynote
• Strong eye for design
• Team player with strong communication skills & good attitude
• Ability to pick up concepts and brand voice easily
• Ability to learn on the job and adapt to work needs quickly and efficiently in fast-paced setting on multiple projects- agility and flexibility is key.
• Time management skills & ability to meet project deadlines
• The ability to see projects through from inception to production with excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Good organizational skills that support the rest of the team
• The motivation to maintain and improve design standards
• The willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve
• Ability to present new ideas to team and management.
