Grill Cleaner - Knoebels : Job Details

GRILL CLEANER Knoebels is America's largest free-admission amusement park and offers free parking, entertainment and picnic facilities in Elysburg, PA. We are family-owned, 4th generation driven to exceed our customers' expectations by providing exceptional service and progressing continuously. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Set up and prepare grills as needed
• Clean griddle tops
• Empty and clean grease traps
• Maintain griddle tops as needed
• Perform general maintenance on grills as needed
• Clean grill covers as needed
• Learn the locations of all the pavilions

Requirements:

• Candidate must be self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
• Age 16 or older
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Have the ability to work in an outdoor environment
• Have the ability to communicate with guests in a professional manner
• Must be willing to work weekends, evenings, and holidays
• Must have reliable transportation

Physical Demands:

• Be able to lift 30 pounds, stand for an extended period of time, and work in an outdoor environment
