This role focuses on precision smoothing, polishing, and grinding of component parts to meet exact specifications. If you have a mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a supportive team environment.Key Responsibilities:Read blueprints to ensure specifications and dimensions are met.Set up and operate standard manufacturing equipment.Deburr, buff, and grind materials to precise specifications.Dress grinding wheels as needed to maintain machine performance.Ensure safety devices are functional and adhered to at all times.Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work areas.Complete assigned tasks within specified time frames and to required quality standards.Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Familiarity with manufacturing tools and their proper use.Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team.Effective verbal communication skills.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks such as sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, and reaching.Comfortable working in environments with high noise levels, confined spaces, heights, or congested areas.Willingness to work shifts, rotations, and in a shop setting as needed.Why Join Us? \ This role offers consistent hours, competitive pay, and the opportunity for permanent employment.
