Our client, a leader in the food manufacturing industry, is seeking a Grinder Operator to join their team. As a Grinder Operator, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the Manufacturing Team. The ideal candidate will have a consistent work history, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with equipment, which will align successfully within the organization.

St. Francis, Wisconsin

$18.00 - $20.00 + $1 shift premium for 2nd shift

• Responsible for all grinding operations and equipment, following proper instructions and procedures.
• Verify correct items and lot numbers are utilized.
• Demonstrate proficiency with computer tasks as needed within the department.
• Set up, troubleshoot, operate, disassemble, and clean equipment.
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift to load and unload raw materials and finished products.

• Experience with grinding operations and equipment.
• Ability to set up, operate, troubleshoot, and clean equipment.
• Forklift operation experience.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Consistent work history in a manufacturing environment.

• $1000 sign-on bonus for 2nd shift.
