**Grocery Delivery Specialist $500 Sign-On Bonus!**

San Francisco, California / Operations / Full Time **Description** Food Rocket is a quick-commerce application that provides fee-free, on-demand 10-15 minute grocery deliveries from our strategically placed dark stores directly to our customers by using e-bikes and e-scooters. We are bringing a completely new grocery-buying experience to our customers by replacing regular stores, and we are looking to add high-energy, motivated, and flexible Grocery Delivery Specialists to help with supporting our delivery mission. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, outstanding customer service skills, and desire to succeed. We are currently accepting candidates with full-time and part-time availability.

**Duties & Responsibilities** Loading and delivering grocery products undamaged and in the same condition that they were loaded in to our customers. Although this is the primary role function, you will not be limited to this responsibility. Along with the team, you will also be responsible for: Receiving, stocking, and auditing dark store inventory, and discarding inventory that does not meet Food Rocket standards. Ensuring inventory data accuracy by updating inventory counts, researching dark store product accuracy, and maintaining accurate inventory records for our shareholders. Receiving orders, and locating, picking out, and packing order items set for outbound delivery all while ensuring order accuracy and that Food Rocket quality standards are being met. Other duties around the dark store may be assigned.

**Job Requirements** High school diploma or GED certificate Must be 18 years or older. Must complete a background check. Must be able to drive a company e-bike or e-scooter. A keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills. A strong sense of urgency! We set to deliver items to our customer within 10-15 minutes. Reliable attendance

**Job Preferences** Valid, state-issued Drivers License Knowledge of produce selection or equivalent experience in a warehouse setting or logistics environment. Previous experience with receiving, storage, inventory control, and warehouse safety. Previous customer service experience Work experience in the perishable product industry.

**Salary** $18.00 per hour + pooled tips from the app + performance-based bonus structure Aside from our competitive $18 per hour wage and tips from the app, Delivery Specialists will also be able to earn a $500 sign-on bonus after successfully completing 20 shifts! If you are a full-time employee, this will only take approximately 1 month!
