This position will be required to complete all assigned work orders in a timely manner.Minimum Qualifications:Education: High School Diploma or GED preferredExperience: Two (2) years of grounds related work experience Previous experience using common hand toolsSpecialized Knowledge, Licenses, Etc.: Possess or the ability to obtain a valid Oklahoma driver's license Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Office Suite or able and willing to learnPhysical Requirements: Must be able to frequently lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Must be able to occasionally lift more than 50 lbs. with assistance Must be able to stand, bend, stoop, or reach for extended periods of time Must be able to work in extreme weather conditions
