This includes interior areas such as the warehouse and offices, as well as outside docks, smoking areas, eating/break areas, parking lots, and fence lines. In addition, this position is responsible for vegetation maintenance and management of stormwater leaving PCF property, including changes in filtration, cleanliness of catch basins, and media.What you'll do...

• Perform general cleanup of all areas of the building as directed (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc.)
• Remove garbage and recycling daily
• Carry out cleansing tasks and special projects
• Sweep, blow, pressure wash, and steam clean exterior/internal areas
• Mow grass, edge grass, trim hedges, pull weeds
• Keep smoking, dock, and break areas clear of debris
• Clean around and under trash compactor
• Clean storm drains and keep drains clear of contaminates
• Clean outside windows
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Recognize, identify, and offer solutions to potential safety/emergency issues
• Operate a large diversity of hand and power tools associated with required tasks
• Other duties as assigned

What we look for...

• 1-2 years of grounds maintenance/custodial experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated warehouse
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to meet productivity requirements while operating in a safe and efficient manner
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus
• Ability to work independently with written and/or oral instructions, with and without supervision
• Good oral and written communication skills (ability to read and write in English in order to receive direction and process paperwork)
• Ability to safely and professionally operate hand tools, power tools, and warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, floor jack, scrubber) and/or the willingness to be trained
