Must have computer skills including Word, Excel, and related programs, supervisory experience, good verbal and written communication skills, and excellent personal skills. Prefer candidates with strong leadership skills who are highly organized and have the ability to work long hours as needed during inclement weather. Ability to get certified applicator license within one year of hire. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily.Requirements

• Previous supervisory experience or leadership role
• Conducts required departmental meetings
• Attend required meetings and trainings
• Ability to get certified applicator license within one year of hire
• Coordinate, delegate, manage, and monitor departmental operations to ensure efficiency, production, and customer service goals are met
• Good driving record
• High school diploma or equivalent
