Meadow Lakes is seeking a Grounds Worker to join our team!Meadow Lakes is a Springpoint Senior Living community located in East Windsor, NJ. We are seeking full-time Grounds Worker to join our team. At Springpoint, our Grounds Employees are here to assist in the maintenanceand repair of equipment and maintain a quality landscape and maintenance regime that will assure residents and patients a clean, comfortable, aesthetically stimulating, and safe environment.Under the supervision of the Arboretum Director, horticulturists work collaboratively with staff, residents, and volunteers to enhance and maintain the one hundred acre, internationally accredited arboretum. The private, historic property is beautifully maintained for the enjoyment of residents, guests, and staff alike. Horticulturists utilize knowledge of technical and practical information to provide all levels of care for the plantings and grounds of the arboretum. They confer with residents and other staff in a polite and respectful manner. Applicants should know how to operate or be willing to learn to operate equipment, primarily but not limited to tractors, mowers, utility carts, weed whackers, and chainsaws, in a safe and efficient manner. Horticulturists assist in the maintenance and repair of equipment and maintain a quality landscape that will assure residents and patients have a clean, comfortable, aesthetically stimulating, and safe environment.At Meadow Lakes, our dynamic employees are our greatest asset. Education and Experience:

• Highschool Diploma or equivalent required
• Valid Drivers License

Pay Range: $18.00 - $21.00 / hour
