Essential Job Functions:

• Responsible for the overall upkeep of the property landscape and structure
• Maintain exterior image which includes cleaning of the driveways, curbs, clay court, river rock, etc.
• Maintenance of property flowerbeds, plants, and grass areas
• Responsible for safe and efficient use of heavy and light equipment, machinery and hand tools including sweepers, mowers, trimming equipment, pressure washers, etc.
• Auto detailing

Competencies/Qualifications:

• Warm, friendly and service-oriented philosophy
• High degree of flexibility and tolerance for change
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Previous grounds or custodial maintenance experience
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Must be willing to work evenings or weekends (on call) in the case of an emergency
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED
