This role starts at $16/hr plus quarterly bonuses. Enjoy several holidays off and paid, even your birthday is a paid day off!We are currently seeking a maintenance groundskeeper to help with property upkeep, clean amenities and breezeways, pool upkeep, and assist with general maintenance.Weinstein Properties is a forward-thinking property management company who both owns and manages our apartment communities. • Bexley Lake Forest

Residential maintenance janitorial/housekeeping/grounds and turn experience is a plus.Some interior/exterior maintenance experience a plus.Job Duties Include:• Daily grounds pick up, maintain dog park and exterior amenities• Interior hallway upkeep, assist with cleaning and general maintenance• Clean swimming pool and pool area• Preventative MaintenanceWeinstein Properties offers competitive compensation, benefits, and a 401k.
