ESTATE GROUNDSKEEPER/OUTSIDE PROPERTY MANAGER

Exceptional and unique opportunity for a grounds professional to work at a beautiful, private residence on a full-time, year-round basis. The position is very hands-on as this individual will handle all daily outside property and grounds maintenance. This will include all outside work, mowing, weeding, leaf and snow removal, etc.. In addition, this individual will conduct daily walkthroughs to inspect the property/grounds, perform minor repairs and coordinate external vendors when needed. May also be requested to run household errands and oversee various construction and maintenance projects.

Family prefers candidate who lives in or close to Ann Arbor.

Must be an excellent communicator with strong organizational and time management skills. Heavy lifting is required.

Monday-Friday schedule, position available immediately.

Background check will be conducted.

$70,000 plus great benefit package!
