The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping the buildings and grounds clean and tidy, performing general maintenance tasks, and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed. This position requires a keen eye for detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:

• Maintain lawns, trees, and shrubs by mowing, trimming, and pruning.
• Maintain flower beds by weeding, mulching, and fertilizing.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment such as mowers, edgers, and blowers.
• Remove debris from grounds such as leaves and trash.
• Inspect grounds for damage and repair as needed.
• Apply pesticides to control insects and weeds.
• Water lawns and plants as needed.
• Maintain the buildings
