    • Strategic Mindset: Must be capable of identifying opportunities for growth, optimising capital structure and mitigating financial risks.
    • Deep Financial Expertise: Thorough understanding of finance, including consolidation, audit and reporting processes, financial analysis, risk management, taxation, capital allocation, liquidity and FX management and financial reporting standards which are crucial for navigating complex Group, financial issues and drive informed decision-making.
    • Leadership and Team Management: Capacity to inspire and motivate Group and Cluster Finance teams, foster a culture of collaboration and accountability while ensuring the team works cohesively towards common goals.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to convey complex financial information and financial insights in a simple and digestible manner to relevant stakeholders, including the Board, Investors, Regulators as well as colleagues.
    • Crisis Management: Capacity to face up to challenges and unforeseen crises with confidence and agility.
    • Global Mindset: Understanding of international markets, currency fluctuations, geopolitical risks and cultural nuances which can impact the financials of the Group's operations and strategic initiatives.
    • Change Management: Adapt financial strategies to evolving market conditions while embracing innovation in financial technology and leading organisations change initiatives where necessary.QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
      • A professional certification such as ACA/ACCA/CFA or an MBA Finance or advanced degree in Finance from a recognised institution;
      • A minimum of 15 years of experience in finance with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position;
      • Deep understanding and exposure to diverse range of businesses.
      • Strong process and policy driven mindset to ensure governance, compliance and ethical standards are adhered to;
      • International experience will be a distinct advantage as well as experience in strategy, corporate finance, equity capital markets and mergers & acquisitions;
      • Familiar with financial systems, technology platforms and financial modelling software;
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
