But we can't do it alone – you in?We are seeking a Group Director, Omnichannel Measurement to join our Integrated Intelligence team. The Group Director is responsible for measurement of marketing activities, generating meaningful insights through data analysis to tell a compelling story. You will lead accounts from an analytics and measurement perspective, driving the set up and development of omnichannel measurement strategies in partnership with account and activation teams and leading a team for execution of ongoing analytics work. Your team will run standard and ad-hoc analyses across omnichannel healthcare campaigns, communicating results to internal and external clients with an emphasis on providing insights from the data to guide strategic client activation recommendations. Integrated Intelligence (or I2) is a practice that sits within Real Chemistry's Analytics & Insights capability area. Our name is a nod to the innovative work we do beyond just data analysis. This role can be remote in the US or in any of our US offices, including New York City, Boston, or Chicago. What you'll do: Develop holistic measurement strategies, translating business objectives into measurable goals and KPIs, with solutions on how to evaluate the omnichannel experience. Work with various cross-functional teams (Omnichannel Enterprise Experience, Marketing, Media Agencies, IS and Data Engineering) to ensure campaign design and requirements are configured to enable the execution of the measurement strategy. Drive integration and consolidation of all promotional data from various sources, ensuring a unified view of customer interactions and transactions. Lead reporting and analysis of program performance with a team of junior analysts to uncover actionable insights and create an easy to understand easy-to-understand story on performance and optimizations for clients. What you should have: Deep omnichannel marketing knowledge, with an expert understanding of integrated digital marketing channels and martech ecosystems and how they integrate within an omnichannel strategy. Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and customer experience optimization. Ability to bring together disparate marketing and commercial data to evaluate customer journey progression. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think creatively and strategically to assess business results from marketing tactics. Ability to translate complex data and analysis along with business context to develop insights and actionable recommendations. Expertise in creating a cohesive narrative of program performance. Experience with healthcare marketing and health specific data regulations and health datasets such as claims, specialty pharmacy, physician-level data (NPI), and/or Veeva Experience in data management platforms (e.g, Databricks) and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau or PowerBI). Ability to work with engineering to define requirements to meet program measurement needs. Ability to understand implications on data strategy from client requirements and make recommendations on data management approach to enable measurement. Strong communication, presentation and inter-personal skills that enable you able to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams, anticipating and addressing stakeholder needs in a credible way. Pay Range: $160,000.00-$195,000.00This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
