Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality group fitness classes that cater to a variety of fitness levels and interests, including but not limited to cardio, strength training, HIIT, yoga, dance, and aqua fit.
  • Create and implement effective workout routines that are safe, challenging, and enjoyable for participants.
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to participants, ensuring proper form and technique.
  • Motivate and inspire participants to reach their fitness goals by offering guidance, support, and encouragement.
  • Maintain a clean and organized fitness studio environment before, during, and after classes.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and industry developments to continually enhance class offerings.
  • Ensure the safety of participants by closely monitoring their movements and providing modifications or alternatives when necessary.
  • Establish a positive and inclusive atmosphere where all participants feel welcome and supported.
Aquatics Schedule:Thursdays and Fridays at 8am
  • Class Description: A high energy water fitness class with alternating cardio and resistance exercises to increase strength and stamina.
Tuesdays and Thursdays at 9am
  • Requires a WaterinMotion Certification.
  • Class Description: This pre-choreographed class is an exciting workout that combines cardio training with muscle toning in the water. Benefits of a high energy, calorie burning workout without the pull that gravity plays on the body.
What are We Looking For?
  • Certified Group Fitness Instructor or relevant fitness certification (e.g., ACE, NASM, AFAA).
  • Proven experience leading group fitness classes in a variety of formats.
  • Knowledge and experience with aquatic fitness programs
  • Strong knowledge of exercise physiology, anatomy, and proper exercise techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt to different fitness levels and modify exercises as needed.
  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering exceptional fitness experiences.
  • Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their wellness goals.
