ISI® Elite Training is a fitness training franchise based in the Charlotte, NC area. This posting is for a group fitness coach for the Denver, NC location. Our 50-minute sessions are low-impact, high-intensity, strength-based workouts designed and led by certified coaches. We focus on simple but dynamic movements to help individuals burn fat, build muscle, and gain both confidence and strength. Role Description

This is a part-time (hours negotiable) on-site role as a Group Fitness Trainer at ISI® Elite Training: Denver, NC. As a Group Fitness Trainer, you will be responsible for leading group exercise sessions and providing fitness instruction and training to participants. Your role will also involve delivering excellent customer service, membership sales, member retention, and teamwork ensuring a positive experience for all clients.

Qualifications

• Group Exercise, Fitness Instruction, and Fitness Training skills
• Experience in the fitness industry
• Customer service skills
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire others
• Knowledge of fitness equipment and techniques
• Certification in personal training, group fitness, or a related field is preferred
• Ability to develop and modify fitness programs based on individual needs
• Prescribing memberships based on individual's specific goals.
• CPR/AED certified
• Team Player
• Follows Brand Standards
