Job DescriptionPosition: Group Leader SupervisorLocation: Princeton INJob Type: On Site (100%)Reports to: Facility Manager and Site ManagerDepartment: North American OperationsPosition Purpose: Provide leadership, support and knowledge to team members to proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Transfer technical operational knowledge through coaching and mentoring.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Demonstrates the values and business principles of Leadec
- Works safely at all times
- Ensure the safe operation of team members through regular communications, as well as modeling a Safety, is Your Life mentality
- Effectively executes the completion of the Leadec scope of work (SOW)
- Effectively communicates necessary information and status updates to manager
- Incorporates PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) mindset into regular routine
- Focuses on resource utilization, best practice guidelines, and continuous improvement
- Evaluate team members and recommend/deliver training to improve performance
- Effectively communicates necessary information to management
- Timely completion of all required Leadec and customer reports
- Actively attends all required meetings
- All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager

Position Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Previous experience in supervision or management is preferred

- 5+ years of experience in an industrial environment preferred
- Progressive responsibilities in supervision
- Computer literate

Work is performed in an industrial manufacturing environment with occasional time spent working on a computer or at a desk. Candidate is expected to have mechanical knowledge/experience.
