The Group Services coordinator will focus on providing exceptional customer service to ensure high renewal rates each season. ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Serve as the main point of contact for all group ticket purchasers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from purchase to event day.
- Coordinate the fulfillment of group fan experiences, including Baseball Buddies, National Anthem, Post-Game Photo, and other program offerings.
- Collaborate with ticket sales representatives to confirm group sales details and ensure all client needs are met.
- Develop detailed timelines and action plans for group events, coordinating with internal departments (operations, marketing, production, etc.) to ensure smooth execution.
- Be present on game days to oversee group experiences, troubleshoot any issues, and provide exceptional on-site support.
- Manage pre-game and in-game logistics for group events, such as reserved seating areas, welcome signage, fan experience activations, transportation needs, etc.
- Maintain regular communication with group leaders, ensuring they are informed of deadlines, event details, and promotions.
- Collect and analyze feedback post-event to improve the group sales program.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with group clients to encourage repeat business.
- Log communication with group leaders in CRM (Salesforce).
- Prepare event summaries and attendance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Assist in creating promotional materials and communication plans for group programs.
- Assist in servicing Season Member accounts by fulfilling their benefits and providing exceptional customer service to ensure high renewal rates each season.
- Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduate degree - completed or in process
- Self-Starter and able to work with multiple departments and people
- Strong customer service experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to handle multiple priorities
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ticket office experience; ProVenue experience is a plus
- Intermediate computer skills
- Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays
- Satisfactory completion of a background check

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Must be able to talk, listen, and speak clearly on the phone for several hours a day
