Group Vice President, Digital (Paid Media)
Location: New York, NY (Hybrid)
We are seeking a Group Vice President, Digital to serve as a senior digital strategist across the client portfolio and lead and grow our Paid Media & SEO practice. This leader will drive strategy, oversee execution, manage client relationships, and support business development efforts to expand our digital offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the vision, strategy, and execution for paid media (social, search, programmatic, display, etc.) and SEO across clients and industries.Stay ahead of emerging trends, AI-powered marketing innovations, and platform changes to refine our approach.Develop data-driven digital strategies that drive measurable business impact.Collaborate with other digital leaders, including influencer and social media teams, to deliver integrated marketing solutions.Drive digital revenue growth by leading new business pitches, shaping digital scopes, and identifying upsell opportunities.Partner with the agency leadership team to integrate paid media and SEO offerings into broader client programs.Build and maintain relationships with key platform partners (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).Serve as a senior digital consultant to clients, advising on digital strategy overall, as well as specific paid media and SEO strategies aligned with their business goals.Oversee campaign performance, ensuring optimization and continuous improvement.Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellence in execution and strong retention.Lead and mentor a team of paid media and SEO specialists, fostering a culture of performance and innovation.Establish best practices, workflows, and measurement frameworks to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Work closely with analytics and insights teams to refine performance tracking and attribution models.Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and SEO.Proven track record in leading digital teams, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.Expertise in Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic advertising, and SEO best practices.Strong analytical mindset with experience in attribution modeling, performance tracking, and AI-driven optimizations.Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills.Experience working within an agency environment is preferred.We believe in flexibility and have the structure to make that our reality.
