Growth Specialist – Private Lending (Fix & Flip Loans)
About the Role
We are a fast-growing private lender specializing in fix-and-flip and new construction loans, providing real estate investors with the capital they need to scale their businesses. Our technology-driven approach streamlines loan origination, making it faster and more efficient for borrowers.
We are seeking a Head of Growth with deep expertise in HubSpot and a strong background in real estate finance, lending, or mortgage marketing. This role will be responsible for driving borrower acquisition, optimizing marketing funnels, and increasing loan originations through data-driven strategies and automation.
Key Responsibilities
Growth Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive loan applications, borrower retention, and revenue expansion.
- Leverage HubSpot CRM, automation, and analytics to optimize the borrower journey and increase conversion rates.
- Identify and scale new customer acquisition channels including paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, referral programs, and strategic partnerships.
- Implement lead scoring and nurture sequences to move borrowers through the sales funnel efficiently.
Performance Marketing & Analytics
- Analyze marketing funnel metrics, customer behavior, and campaign performance to optimize strategies.
- A/B test landing pages, email sequences, and ad creatives to improve engagement and reduce cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Track and report on customer lifetime value (CLV), loan conversion rates, and borrower retention metrics.
- Collaborate with underwriting and sales teams to align marketing efforts with funding capacity and loan product demand.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization
- Develop targeted campaigns to attract real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners.
- Design content strategies, webinars, and educational materials to position the company as a trusted lending partner.
- Optimize website, digital ads, and landing pages to increase loan application submissions.
- Build marketing automation and retargeting campaigns to re-engage cold leads and nurture prospects.
Cross-Functional Leadership & Collaboration
- Partner with sales, underwriting, and loan processing teams to ensure a seamless borrower experience.
- Train internal teams on lead management, HubSpot automation, and borrower engagement best practices.
- Work closely with product and technology teams to improve digital touchpoints and loan application processes.
Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in growth marketing, private lending, real estate finance, or mortgage marketing.
- HubSpot expertise is essential – must be highly proficient in CRM management, automation, analytics, and reporting.
- Strong background in performance marketing, lead generation, and conversion rate optimization.
- Experience in SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Facebook Ads), and email marketing.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related fee from an established 4 year university (3.5 GPA+)
