- Assist management with preparing employee work schedules; establishes and evaluates goals and objectives; directs and focuses staffing
- Subject to the direction and control of the Guard Level IV and/or Site Manager, assumes the role as the second officer in charge, in this capacity, working through the Management/Supervisors, he/she has command responsibility over subordinate employees
- Trains and develops subordinates, evaluates subordinates, and completes performance appraisals
- Identifies operational and administrative deficiencies and recommends changes in addition to recommending policy and procedure issues for a more efficient operation
- Responds to client and customer complaints of general service on goals/objectives
- Partner with human resources, employee relations, and operations in all cases of employee infractions
- Effectively supervises and recommends the assignment, evaluation, and discipline, of subordinate department employees
- Responds to serious or complex incidents; monitors the actions of staff; assists in investigations and interviews
- Provides for the correct and timely completion of administrative matters; completes written reports concerning daily activities, staff requests, and various projects
- Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in English and able to demonstrate the ability to read, speak and write
- Must be able to operate radio or telephone equipment and/or console monitors
- Must possess and maintain a State Licensed Unarmed Security Guard Card / License Non-Commissioned
- Must complete an internal supervisor program and have full BI clearance
- At least 1 year of security experience, to include some supervisor knowledge and experience, preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and have resided in the continental U.S. the last 3 consecutive years (full time)
- Must be able to travel within the Continental United States (CONUS)
- Must pass a drug test, motor vehicle record check, and a background check after accepting a conditional offer of employment
