Description Summary:Provide check-in, check-out, and reservation service to all guests and callers.Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
  • Provide check-in, check-out, and reservation service to all guests and callers.
  • Answer all telephones at Front Desk and route calls and/or provide assistance and information to all callers.
  • Process cash and credit card transactions.
  • Promote the hotel/casino and all of its services and facilities.
  • Check Bus Groups in and make keys as needed
  • Provide outstanding customer service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members
  • Performs other duties as assigned
Position Requirements
  • Prior Front Desk experience preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (all software components), payroll, and hotel information systems (LMS)
  • The primary language spoken is English; ability to read, write, understand and speak English.
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company
  • Verify right to work in the United States

  • Use hands to hold tools utilized for position
  • Reach with hands and arms
  • Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

Potential Work Environment ConditionsThe work environment is characterized as a hotel/casino setting requiring multi-tasking, where computers and standard office equipment will be supplied and used as a part of the job. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud requiring service to guests who may be smoking and/or drinking alcohol.
