The Guest Service Lead will be responsible for overseeing the front desk operations and ensuring exceptional guest service. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of computers and be able to assist guests with any technical issues they may encounter. The Guest Service Lead will also be required to work 2nd shift and night audit when needed. Other responsibilities include:
