Guest Service Lead**Guest Service Lead is a seasonal position***Typically beginning mid-April through Mid-September with hiring and training beginning as early as November.The Guest Service Lead is responsible for assisting the Guest Service Manager with performing routine tasks in planning, organizing, and coordinating parties, group reservations, and private rentals. The Guest Service Lead also assists with the daily operations of the gift shop, front gate, Guest Service Office, ticket booth, and concessions as needed.The Guest Service Lead assists with the supervision of staff as well as performs essential functions to include serving as hosts/hostesses to parties, organizing programs, processing transactions, maintaining records, answering phones, disseminating information, handling cash, and other duties as assigned. The Guest Service Lead maintains order at the front gate and throughout the park by ensuring the rules and protocols are consistently and fairly enforced. The Guest Service Lead can act as Manager in the absence of the Guest Service Manager. Minimum Qualifications
- 17 years of age or older
- 6 months of prior paid experience in municipal or commercial management, clerical, and customer service
- Familiarity with money handling, group rentals, recreation software, customer service, and/or hosting
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Individuals who are team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Ability to use various computer programs including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other software programs
PreferenceFamiliarity with the supervision and operation of aquatic programs, registration, and POS software.Individuals who are team-oriented with positive, can-do attitudes.Bilingual in Spanish.Physical Requirements
- Ability to walk, run, stand, sit and complete a variety of motor skills
- Ability to walk and/or stand on concrete for the majority of your shift
- Ability to bend to the floor and reach overhead
- Ability to lift and carry 30-70 pounds regularly to chest height
- Ability to hear and see well

Pay RateThis position is $16.00 per hour.
