This Guest Service Representative position is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity that offers weekly pay, a set schedule and paid hands-on training with a mentor.

Guest Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Take inbound phone calls related to guest purchases and order management
• Help guests place orders over the phone
• Accurately document notes in guests' accounts
• Track and manage orders
• Assist with returns, exchanges, and related issues

Guest Service Representative Requirements:

• 1+ year recent customer service experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office Experience
• Previous experience operating a multi-line phone system
• Ability to multi-task

Schedule: Pick Your Days Off and Select your Shift : Limited spots available per shift, Class starts on November 4th

Pay: $20.00 per hour
