WHAT YOU'LL DO As a Guest Service and Sales (GSS) expert, you'll welcome our guests into the store with a smile and take care of them as they visit our host stand, retail shop, and cash stand. You'll be the first and last face our guests see, so you must have a Pleasing People attitude. From the host stand to the cash register and everything in between, you'll serve up hospitality while caring for our guests who are shopping or waiting for their table.
