Guest Services AssociateDepartment: Administration FLSA/Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt Reports to: Director of Hospitality Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.50/hr - Depending on experience Direct Reports: N/A Summary: Responsible for assisting and accommodating residents, visitors, and employees while maintaining a positive and professional environment. Anticipates the needs of residents, visitors, and staff while delivering excellent customer service and communication. Promotes the positive culture of the Wesley Willows corporation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Operations:
- Promptly greets visitors to the campus.
- Notifies residents and or employees of visitors when necessary.
- Answers, transfers, and directs incoming calls.
- Provides clerical services as needed.
- Documents resident arrivals and departures.
- Completes work orders for residents upon request.
- Implements emergency procedures when necessary.
- Collects postal service mail upon delivery.
- Creates and distributes resident name plates for new admissions.
- Provides photocopying and scanning services to residents and staff.
- Assists Administration, Nursing, Social Services, and other Departments when necessary.
- Maintains a high standard of personal appearance and grooming.
- Completes all other assigned tasks.

- Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office.
Minimum Education/Skills/Experience/Credentials:
- A high school graduate or equivalent is required; some college credits are preferred.
- Strong organizational skills needed to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good interpersonal relations with proven communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Computer literate with Microsoft Office Suite experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to sit for 6-7 hours during an 8-hour shift.
- Must be able to stand and walk for 1-2 hours during an 8-hour shift.
- Must be able to frequently lift 10 to 25 pounds while walking or bending at the waist and knees.
- Must be able to use wrists, fingers, and hands for operating a computer, utilizing a telephone, writing, and grasping.
Working Conditions:
- Regular on-site physical presence is required
- Reliable, predictable, and punctual attendance, to provide effective management of staff, to provide timely service to internal and external customers, and to support uninterrupted business operations and continuous medical care to residents, is required.
Other regulated requirements:
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment background check, including (MVR) moving vehicle records.
- Must have or be willing to receive the Flu-Shot Vaccine, and TB testing.
- Must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug screening.
- Must be willing to undergo biometric screening.
