Guest Services Cashier (Part Time) - Spirit Mountain Casino : Job Details

Assists in all areas of the Guest Services department as needed. (Retail Gift Shops, Coat Check and Uniforms) Welcomes guests and answers questions, providing information to internal and external guests. Directs callers to appropriate personnel or department and assists in locating specific areas of the Casino. Promotes the sale of merchandise, including cigarettes and wine. Processes cash, credit card and payroll deduction transactions. Displays, organizes and stocks store merchandise. Checks in items for guests such as coats, helmets, and packages; loans out wheelchairs. Cleans, organizes, and maintains outlets. Performs opening and closing duties. Prepares and submits daily retail paperwork to the Audit Department. Assists with mail-outs. Assists with quarterly inventory. Assists in Uniforms when needed.
