Monthly bonuses are awarded for achieving these goalsQualifications•Work experience as a Guest Service Representative, Receptionist, or similar role•Experience with hotel reservations software, like ChoiceAdvantage, OnQ, and Opera•Understanding of how travel planning websites operate, like Booking, Expedia, and TripAdvisor•Exceptional customer service•Excellent communication and organizational skills
