The Opportunity: The primary function of the Guest Services Representative is to provide communication support to patients, families, and visitors over the phone or at the facility. Serve as an extension of the care delivery team and focus on ensuring that patients, families and visitors are as comfortable as possible while visiting. The pay range for this role is $12.75 - $14.40 based on experience. - Answers incoming phone calls with prompt, courteous and effective responses and acts according to the needs of the caller.
- Greet patients, families and visitors upon arrival. Determine patient or visitor needs and directs them accordingly.
- Provide verbal and written directions for guests, assist with informational kiosks, if necessary
- Relay voicemails and other messages to the proper location within the organization, which may entail writing down the number of the person who called and providing it to the individual.
- Register all guests, visitors and vendors to the facility following registration procedures.
- Greet and direct community members attending training or events.
- Provide information about our organization and the services provided.
- Contacts Security, Environmental Services, or Facilities Management, for assistance when necessary
- Receive and arrange for delivery or pick up of items for residents and staff.
- Provides person-centered service in all interactions.
- Handle an assortment of additional tasks and various other duties.
- Adheres to scheduled work hours with regular and predictable attendance
What You Bring:
- Preferred knowledge of switchboard and phone systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Moderate computer proficiency
- Person-centered service in all interactions.
- Valid WI drivers license and insurance coverage.
What You'll Get:
- The pay range for this role is $12.75 - $14.40 based on education and experience.
- This job is 16 hours per week, including 1 weekend per month and 2-3 holidays per year.
- Hours for this position are 3:00pm – 7:00pm during the week and 10:00am – 6:00pm on weekends and holidays.
