Position Overview

As a Guest Services Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing store operations and team performance. We are seeking a candidate with outstanding customer service skills who can effectively address the needs of our customers and support the management team. The ideal individual will be proactive, reliable, and well-versed in store operations and our company's commitment to excellence in customer service.

Compensation: Starting pay rates range from $16.00 to $19.00 per hour.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor store employees to ensure optimal operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance our guest experience.
  • Assist managers with daily tasks to maintain a clean and efficient facility.
  • Foster a positive customer-focused culture within the team.
  • Maintain knowledge of store operations and Pilot Company's standards.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in retail operations is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities and a passion for fostering a customer-centric environment.
  • Proficiency in using calculators, computers, and relevant equipment.
  • Strong team collaboration skills across various roles from hourly team members to vendors and corporate representatives.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must pass a background check.
