RH is seeking a Guesthouse Housekeeping Support Associate to join our team in providing world-class service to our guests while taking great care of our guest rooms, public spaces, and facilities.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Live Our Vision, Values and Beliefs every day Consistently deliver first class service and a luxury experience Ensure all guest interactions and greetings are conducted in a professional and courteous manner Uphold the cleanliness of public spaces and public restrooms to RH standards Move operational supplies between offsite storage and Guesthouse Clean, organize and replenish housekeeping pantries and closets Assist Housekeeping Associates with cleaning Guest rooms, linen, laundering and deliveries Assist with luggage on arrival and departure Pick up and deliver guest laundry OUR REQUIREMENTS Strong verbal and written communication skills Previous experience working in a luxury hotel environment or similar role Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Ability to work and complete task with minimal supervision Ability to relieve the Housekeeping Lead as a Self-Inspector Comply with brand quality assurance, uniform and appearance expectations and standards PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Sustained standing, walking, bending, stooping for extended periods of time This position requires working indoor and outdoor, in various climates Must be able to lift 50 lbs About UsRH is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate against any applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, gender, marital status, age, disability, sexual orientation, military/veteran status, or any other status protected by federal or state law or local ordinance.
