Your role As a Consultant/Senior Consultant, you are an expert at contributing to different phases of the consulting lifecycle. You will be intensely involved in; you will define the problem, propose and refine the solution. You will also play an important role in the development, configuration and deployment of the overall solution. You will guide teams on project processes, deliverables and contribute to the proposal development, client training and internal capability-building and help detail the project scope. You will have the opportunity to shape value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape. Responsibilities Work in development and support project with a strong niche skill of Guidewire (ClaimCenter and Guidewire InsuranceSuite) knowledge. Onshore roles require client co-ordination and deep functional or insurance (P&C) industry expertise Required

• Extensive experience in Guidewire across ClaimCenter / PolicyCenter / BillingCenter and APD
• Responsible & Accountable for delivering Functional & business requirements working with clients
• Lead team of Business Analysts (both Onsite & Offshore) and own the delivery for BA team
• Understand Customer functional landscape and create business requirement documents, BRD
• Own the creation of user Stories, Sprint goals and track it in Agile tool (like JIRA)
• Clarify the business requirements to Project delivery Teams (Development and QA Testing) and ensure the business requirements are translated into functional requirements
• Work with Customer Business teams and create UAT test cases
• Work with Testers (Testing Team, UAT Team) to clear requirement related queries and expedite the defect closure
• Involve in validation of functional requirements and show demo of application to Customer and Project stakeholders during Sprint closure
