Gym Bro Fitness is a leading fitness equipment store and service provider based in San Diego's Miramar area. We also proudly manage Mayhem Strength, our own line of high-quality gym equipment. We aim to deliver top-tier products and services to gyms and fitness enthusiasts throughout the region.

The Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operator to support the logistics and operations for both Gym Bro Fitness and Mayhem Strength. In this role, you'll handle everything from receiving and organizing inventory to assembling and delivering gym equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Load and unload gym equipment, including Mayhem Strength products, with care.

• Organize and label stock accurately for shipments and deliveries.

• Assemble and disassemble gym equipment using hand and power tools.

• Safely operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) and drive a non-CDL 26' box truck.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols.

• Communicate effectively with team members and management across both brands.

What We're Looking For:

• Physical Ability: Able to lift up to 75 lbs.

• Tool Experience: Comfortable using hand and power tools.

• Equipment Handling: Forklift and pallet jack experience is a plus.

• Team Player: Strong communication and collaboration skills.

• Problem-Solver: Ability to think on your feet and troubleshoot when necessary.

• Valid Driver's License: Ability to drive a 26-foot box truck (non-CDL).
