TUMBLE BUGS-WALLA WALLA GYMNASTICS is a gymnastics center creating a love of physical fitness for all ages. We currently offer classes for ages 10 months through 13 with over 200 students. Our program is bursting at the seams and is ready to grow. We are in the process of expanding our program, and are working on finalizing our location. We will have a full scale, state of the art, with all new equipment, complete gymnastics and Ninja program. We will be adding a lot more class options, including some special needs and adult classes. We will expand our USAG Girls Competitive Program and our recreational program. Our program runs year round and we will be looking for some amazing coaches.Our focus is on providing quality gymnastics instruction and promoting physical movement and wellness in our community.

Role Description

We are looking to add an experienced Competitive Team Coach to our team. Must be familiar with USAG Level 2-7. We are also looking for Part-Time & possibly Full time Recreational Coaches (gymnastics knowledge helpful, but not required. We are willing to train the right person).

• Team Coach is responsible for lesson planning and paid continued education

We have both full-time and part-time positions available. This is an on-site role for a Gymnastics Coach in Walla Walla, WA. The Gymnastics Coach will be responsible for leading gymnastics and tumbling classes, providing coaching and guidance to students, and creating a positive and motivating learning environment.

Qualifications

• Gymnastics and Tumbling skills
• Strong Communication and Coaching abilities
• Sports Coaching experience
• Passion for working with children and promoting physical activity
• Safety-conscious mindset and ability to create a supportive environment
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
• Certification in gymnastics coaching is a plus
• Experience in competitive gymnastics is beneficial
