DescriptionAssist individuals to integrate self-determination and self-advocacy skills with training and supports to develop pre-employment and vocational skills, to enhance personal skills, and interact with their community while maximizing the individual's choices and independence, and maintaining the individual's health and safety.Full-time employees receive a $300 hiring incentive upon successful completion of their initial 6-month period of employment.
