• Prior experience required.
• Qualified individuals must know Washington State Grade Standards and knowledge of pear varieties.
• Must be willing to work weekends.
• Must be flexible with working schedule.
• Must be able to do repetitive work while putting attention to detail.
• Must be able to work close and get along with co-workers.
• Must be able to push/carry a minimum of 40 lbs.
• Good communication skills are a must.
