Handyman - Caring Transitions : Job Details

Job description

Handyman services for rental property renovation. Must be proficient in all of items listed below. Must have good problem solving skills. Candidate must able to work independent on a a renovation make ready. Company vehicle is available for travel to job sites. Must have valid drivers license to use.

Responsibilities

+ Perform maintenance and light repairs

+ Replace existing light fixtures

+ Install/replace kitchen and bathroom faucet and trap

+ Install bathroom vanity

+ Install shower surround

+ Install interior/exterior slab door and cased doors

+ Install kitchen cabinets and countertop

+ Able to follow to do list

+ Get it done attitude

Skills

+ Proven experience as handyman

+ Experience with hardware tools and electrical equipment

+ Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing

+ Basic math skills

+ Good communication ability

+ Well-organized and apt in problem-solving

+ Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week
