Job Type Full-timeDescriptionJob Description:We seek a versatile Handyman/Skilled Carpenter with experience in preparation and painting. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering excellent results. RequirementsResponsibilities:

• Hang and finish drywall with precision and attention to detail.
• Execute minor framing tasks as needed
• Perform minor electrical tasks, including changing outlets, switches and fixtures.
• Installation/repair of drop ceiling grids and replacing ceiling tile.
• Install new doors, door hardware and door knobs accurately.
• Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as changing toilets, shut off valves, vanities, and faucets.
• Carry out painting tasks with a focus on quality and consistency.
• Conduct prep work to ensure surfaces are ready for painting and finishing.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

**Requirements:**- Proven experience as/with a handyman, carpentry and commercial remodeling- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, and problem-solving.- Experience in surface preparation and painting.- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Good physical condition and stamina.- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
