Handyperson - ABM : Job Details

The handy person maintains all building systems and mission critical facilities equipment and other equipment associated with the raised floor environment.

SALARY: $32.65/hr

Basic Qualifications:

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Must possess a valid, unexpired driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience preferred

Responsibilities:

* Perform testing and make rounds

* Ensure strict adherence to critical facility work rule and safety procedures.

* Enforce all applicable Federal, State, and local rules, codes, and regulations.

* Guide daily/weekly/monthly walk-through of customer facilities in support of data center and office operations

* Operate standard office equipment using basic computer skills

* Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook for daily communication and reports

* Perform preventive maintenance on all building equipment

* Assist, as necessary, with scheduling of preventative maintenance, contracted maintenance, and general maintenance with minimal disruption of building services

* Respond quickly to emergency situations and customer concerns

* Review verbal and written operating reports regarding critical systems and ongoing preventative maintenance

* Coordinate subcontractors and crews for projects
