What you will do

* Plant Experience preferred

* As a team the harvest crew cuts and clears flower rooms

* Harvesting Plants with efficacy

* Performing multiple harvests, a weekLifting bins up to 30+lbs

* Cutting and Removing plants from trellis netting

* Harvest crew cleans the harvested flower room (Sweep/Mop/Disinfect)

* Harvest crew oversees the drying and curing

* Prepares the product for processing

What we need

* Background in cannabis industry encouraged

* Ability to lift 30+lbs Ability to work on your feet for long hours

* Good communications skills with managers and co-workers

* Meticulous, consistent attention to detail in all aspects of work

* Gives/Receives constructive criticism with an open mind

* Punctuality is mandatory

* High tolerance to plant allergens

* Five day work weeks that includes weekend shifts

* Hours 7am-3:30/4pm (Occasional Over-time)

* At least 21 years old
