We want an experienced Bakery Production Manager...simply put. We mix, shape, and bake from scratch between 15 and 25 different types of bread a day depending on the day. We mix, shape, and bake from scratch many different types of croissants, danishes, muffins, savory and sweet scones, cookies, cinnamon rolls, cakes, cheesecakes, flourless chocolate cakes, cake pops, and more. There are a lot of moving parts that need careful coordination and collaboration. The product is delicious and we are very proud of what we create every day.
