Head Bookkeeper - Manpower Group : Job Details

Our client is seeking a Head Bookkeeper to join their team. As a Head Bookkeeper, you will be part of the Office supporting the accounting team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Payroll Accounting, MS Small Business Accounting, Accounting, Bookkeeping, and MS Excel which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Head Bookkeeper

Location: Springfield, MO

Pay Range: Competitive salary based on experience

What's the Job?

• Master in Excel, Invoicing, AP/AR
• Cash Flow Experience in Construction Projections experience a plus
• Bank Reconciliations
• Process Deposits and Payables
• Close Month and Year End Reporting
• Tax payments

What's Needed?

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bookkeeping
• Associates or Business Degree in Accounting
• Proficient in Payroll Accounting, MS Small Business Accounting, Accounting, Bookkeeping, and MS Excel
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
