Staff Needed: Two (2) Instructional Assistant at School #2 and School #16

Qualifications:

* Must be a current employee of Paterson Public Schools, preferably located at School 2 or School 16

* Knowledge of the structure and goals of the 21st Century Program

* Experience in implementing project-based learning and interdisciplinary activities, preferably in the areas of science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM)

* Ability to multi-task and provide engaging instruction to a multi-leveled students

* Experience working with parents and community members

* Familiarity with data collection and the willingness to collect data on various student activity categories on a daily basis

* Willingness to work during program days and hours (M - F 3pm-6pm)

* Ability to effectively communicate in English, both orally and in writing, with students, staff, parents, administrators and the community

* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

Salary: As Per Negotiated Contract
