Job DescriptionHead - Key SolutionsFinancial Crime & ComplianceBuild and Scale a 'New Service Line' (NSL) into a full-fledged Strategic business practice with market leading growth and profit profile. Drive innovation for the identified service line, along with the internal board. Responsible to develop a portfolio of innovative solutions, optimal utilization of allocated resources, manage risks, and collaborating across departments globally to create a sustainably profitable service line and excellent business operations delivery.Responsibilities:*
  • Extensively research competitor landscape, and consult with industry analysts, other service offering heads, clients and the broader Infosys world in order to identify target market segments, develop and experiment with solutions and a GTM strategy to address the opportunities and build a pipeline*
  • Develop a well executable business plan with a view to TCV, Revenue and Margins over the 3-year timeframe* Define and refine the NSL's vision, service offering roadmap, go to market (GTM) strategy* Identifies prospective clients and new growth opportunities with existing clients and collaborates with the Sales org. in order to meet the revenue objectives for the year as also to build a steady pipeline for future growth of business* Design and oversee the implementation of an appropriate internal and external branding strategy to meet the revenue objectives of the year as well as build a steady pipeline for future growth of business and create a unique differentiation in the marketplace* Negotiates and finalizes pricing for large and complex deals within the financial and legal boundaries and guides the team on the approach to such deals* Contribute to the development of pricing strategies, such as FPP, TBB, TP; negotiating and finalizing the pricing; coordinate with the pricing team to align on the rate card; refine pricing to maximize profits; check options for outcome-based pricing* Build partnership and alliances within the Infosys Group to amplify capabilities and market presence. Ensuring sustainable business relationship with clients; meeting financial, customer, quality, process improvement and people* Review the annual and quarterly budget for the NSL in line with the overall corporate budget and financial model for Infosys, will forecast revenues on a bi-weekly basis, monitor and review financial targets and processes for the NSL to ensure achievement of all the financial metricsBasic Required Qualifications*
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
