Talkiatry transforms psychiatry with accessible, human, and responsible care. We're a national mental health practice co-founded by a patient and a triple-board-certified psychiatrist to solve the problems both groups face in accessing and providing the highest quality treatment.

60% of adults in the U.S. with a diagnosable mental illness go untreated every year because care is inaccessible, while 45% of clinicians are out of network with insurers because reimbursement rates are low and paperwork is unduly burdensome. • 8+ years of experience in account management/business development, with focus on provider relationships.
• Track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Experience managing relationships with health system executives and clinical leaders.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven success using data to drive partner outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who can build scalable processes while maintaining service quality.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of CRM tools, Hubspot preferred, and account management best practices.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel and SQL preferred.
• Healthcare technology experience preferred.

Compensation range for this position is $170 - 190K Base, $230K OTE, depending on experience; actual compensation will be dependent upon the specific role, location, as well as the individual's qualifications, experience, skills and certifications.

Talkiatry participates in E-Verify and will provide the federal government with your Form I-9 information to confirm that you are authorized to work in the U.S. only after a job offer is accepted and Form I-9 is completed.
