Job Description:The RoleTransformational technology leader responsible for the technology vision, strategy, governance and programs of execution for Associate, Workforce, & Security technology across the enterprise. This position reports to the CIO of Fidelity's Corporate Technology Group (CTG) and is a key member of the Corporate Technology senior leadership team. CTG's primary mission is to ensure technology enables Fidelity's Corporate Services organization, specifically the Associate, Workforce & Security functions to grow the business, to provide the best customer experience and to ensure strategic value is realized for Fidelity from our functional IT investment.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the technology vision, strategy, governance, and execution for Associate, Workforce, and Security technology across Fidelity's Corporate Services.
- Partner with on average, 12-15 of the Firm's most senior leaders in HR and Security to drive technology strategy and operational execution.
- Oversee technology areas such as Compensation, Rewards & Benefits, Core Human Capital Management Platforms, HR Services, Talent Acquisition, Workforce Analytics, and Global Security Initiatives.
- Ensure effective operation of global technology teams, focusing on software engineering, data governance, IT infrastructure, information security, and vendor management.
- Drive technology initiatives to modernize and transform Associate Experience, Workforce, and Global Security functions.
- Maintain operational reliability and stability, ensuring compliance with budgetary and portfolio management requirements.
- Foster an inclusive environment that supports employee development and career growth.
- Participate in external forums to stay informed on new technologies and opportunities.
- Actively seek out and identify the latest tools and infrastructure related to data science and assist Data Science teams in testing and evaluating these new technologies.
- Help internal partner organizations achieve desired results. Actively collaborate to achieve results on behalf of internal partners when there are dependencies on other parts of the larger organization (e.g.. Tech infrastructure).
- Partner with HR and BU leaders to develop and maintain business continuity and resiliency plans and rapid response in the event of vendor technology interruptions or cybersecurity incidents.
- Responsible for a $20 million dollar outside vendor budget. In collaboration with business/vendor owners, lead the vendor technology assessment process to extend the VTR process into vendor technology deep dives and architecture reviews; facilitate remediation plans as needed; provide input and guidance to vendor risk exceptions.

- Strong engineering mindset and technical knowledge in Corporate Technology.
- Demonstrated data integrity, lineage, governance, and security experience.
- Extensive experience in vendor management, negotiation, and risk management.
- Ability to act as a Chief Anticipation Officer, anticipating and mitigating technology, regulatory, and privacy risks.
- Proven track record in strategic planning and responding to market forces and technology disruptions.
- Expertise in cloud-based solutions, SaaS, big data analytics, and AI platforms.
- Experience managing global operating models and delivering in multiple geographic regions.
- Strong communication skills, capable of interacting with executive leadership and the Board.
