Head of Broiler Technical Services

GENERAL SUMMARY:

Directs and coordinates broiler operations for the entire Company to ensure the delivery of a quality product.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Manages broiler contracts to ensure maximum quality and services.

* Maintains budgets for live costs.

* Directs programs for growing broilers for all contract broiler producers.

* Ensures that each business unit meets the daily demand for Live Operations, as it relates to performance and cost issues.

* Establishes programs to help drive performance for personnel and contractors.

EXPERIENCE:

* Typically requires 8-10 years of DIRECTLY RELATED experience in poultry grow-out operations.

* 8-10 years experience supervising others.

* Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook). M-Tech experience preferred.

* Strong communication skills.

EDUCATION:

Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATION: Current driver's license and good driving record.
